The chart allows you to quickly create chords not covered on the diagrams presented on the following pages. For example. by counting one spot clockwise from C# and three counterclockwise, you can determine a C# minor includes C#, Ab, & E.
Also, selecting any note on the Circle instantly shows you the relative 4th & 5th notes adjacent to it, helping you (in conjunction with the diagram created from the "Where are the notes?" page) to grasp the fretboard relationships in the I, IV, V song pattern.
